i'd recommend just plugging the PC to your tv by HDMI
and using the emulators with that
especially since from what i've heard Ouya has trouble with some emulators like the N64 one
also the obvious perk of not wasting your money on the Ouya is a plus
it would sell hardware if there would be more games
just like the Vita.
also something to be said about the prices
Wii U has the Wii controller pack that you NEED
if you want to be able to play Wii games
and that costs 80€
and Vita has the criminal memory card pricings
which are 85€ for 32GB card..
