they forget all the fantasy the game provides , then put in believeable stuff in and ruins everything .

get rid of noob mechanics - tucking gun to run, two gun inventory , and up the gameplay speed like unreal/quake. now that we have all the graphics why not throw back the hardcore fast paced FPS'S that I grew up with and what most FPS games retained back then.
now we have beautiful looking games with such slow game speed. every FPS game has the same mechanics now these days...noob world.

With developers crying out over two yrs ago about what gamestop was Doing to their sales , nothing changed , gamestop isn't suppose to sell a new title used for 5-6 months . But gamestop dont care . I knew if they didn't stop, this kind of technology was to be formed.

Duke Nukem is so bad cause it went from a very fast paced game to a noob game. tuck my gun and run? Duke 3D wasnt for noobs. I played that game with a few people who were used to COD and HALO and thought the game was too fast for them. They were used to wheel chair speed. I didnt like the other cop out duke games especially the 3rd person games .what a waste. i could't wait to get my hands on duke 4.
