I have been waiting for this game for 3 years, this is probably equal to mgs4 for me for level of anticipation.
and could someone answer me, does this mean that reviews will start coming in soon?
i was watching it with a friend and i kept wanting to point things out but then something else would appear. improvement
- water graphics
- lighting
- enemy types
- guns
- scale
-co op
-online
-textures
-character models
i could go on and on but you get the point. this game is absolutely ridiculous.
I CANT BELIEVE IT XBOX FAMILY IS REPORTING THAT... oh wait. this is a 11 month old story and xbox family also broke the news on the sixaxis 360 controller.
yeah i agree resistance will be great but mgs4 will win game of the year. if gta wins it, i will be disappointed i got tired of gta fairly quickly and i have already played mgs4 campaign once 22 hours, 6 hours in on hard, and 27 hours online and im not getting tired of it whatsoever. but even if resistance is more fun, it can not stand up the critical acclaim of mgs4.

story looks to be great again... yet you don't the insomniac developers saying its going to be "so badass!" and "story is going to be more affecting than bioshock" while epic just talks, insomniac delivers.

what are people talking about how ps3 sucks becasue it can only handle 20 frames per second. if you read the article it says "The latest build of the next Metal Gear entry held a frame rate at 30 frames per second and 60 frames depending on the amount of action displayed on-screen." thats wierd, they said it was between 30 and 60. also it said "The frame rate flux was barely noticable". shut up 360 fanboys

almost every aspect of cod4 is better than halo 3, except for sales and campaign length. and where is uncharted on these lists, i know it isnt selling great, but i would have it for action adventure. i love how time magazine gave halo 3 game of the year, they obviously went by hype (not that halo 3 is bad, it is just worse than many other games)

and why is saints row on the list? especilaly because in the video he showed nothing happened when they were walking in it, and the transparency was awful
uncharted has the best water because of how interactive it is. there are a lot of games with good LOOKING water, but when you shoot it or walk in it, it does not react realistically (halo, lair). i would put it the way that they had it, 3. bioshock (not realisitic when interacting) 2. crysis (very good, ripples not great), and 1. uncharted (very interactive, ripples amazing, explosions in water are terrible though)
Its a cover based shooter. Therefore, you advance, cover, shoot, and advance. just like any other shooter, where you advance and shoot and repeat. I wish killzone got fair press instead of people loooking to down it, i have the demo, and it is a great game from what i have played so far.
