Hasn't it already had 3 or 4 remakes?
I'd say the difference is once you've bought a phone, that's it you've got the phone, besides insurance you don't really need to spend any more money however a console requires games to be useful and you could just play free games but your average game costs £50+ which means your average console user will end up spending more on a console than a phone over the course of owning one. Also for £999 you could buy a pretty respectable gaming PC which is really the cru...
Metro was my game of the year but it's clear I'm in the minority. While I wasn't a fan of DS I respect your choice
@aconnellan
Oh I'm sorry, I totally failed to hide my non-existent sentence where I said that I'm fine with Sony doing the same thing. My bad I'll be sure to clarify so people like you don't get all sensitive because I dared to critique the multi-million dollar company that needs all the help they can't get from people like you.
In case you can't guage sarcasm I'm basically saying I don't care if Sony or Microsoft do it, it's bad...
I'm still waiting for the Killzone Shadowfall sequel, that bullet has been stuck in mid-air for 6 years!!!
It's sad how much Metro was overlooked this year, it's a brilliant game
I miss the days when the only over version of a console was the slim version. I'm not a fan of the multiple consoles per gen tactic going on right now.
Then 3 years later they'll take more when they release the Xbox Series X/Y with better specs
All you need is some Monster Energy, it'll perk you right back up
Normally I'm against the idea of a remake getting game of the year but the Resi 2 remake is vastly different to the original so I've got no problem with this.
Can we just not, the whole Xbox one X and PS4 Pro situation was just muddled this gen. Just release one console that is the most powerful you can make it while also being affordable and if that console needs an upgrade release a new gen. If you want to release a slim version a few years down the line go ahead
Came to this article wondering what was so "important" about death stranding but you've hit the nail right on the head
Never got the chance to play Killzone 1 to 3 but Shadowfall was pretty decent
1: Man of Boy (God of War)
2: The Last of Us
3: Uncharted the Nathan Drake Collection + 4
4: Spiderman
5: Days Gone
6: Horizon Zero Dawn
7: Bloodborne
8: Firewall 0 hour
9: Ratchet and Clank
10: Detroit
I'm aware that some of these probably aren't exclusive anymore but they were when I played them.
The Order 1886 could have been longer but other than that I loved it too
I've got the PC version for Oculus and it's a fun game, it's not as long as Skyrim VR but it's put together a lot better.
Anthem was not so much as a disappointment as it was a complete and total disaster
Thank you kindly man
I'm fine with another Uncharted if they change the protagonist, if they brought back Drake then it would just undermine the ending of 4. I know they tried it with Lost Legacy and it didn't do too well but I would mostly chalk that up to how it was too close to the release of 4 and it was marketed as an add on rather than its own experience.
Going back to Uncharted isn't Naughty Dog's style though, they like to finish up and move on to something new so I feel...
