It's def got worse since the nxe update when I go to download a demo the screen sometimes takes awhile to bring up the screen , its not the download that takes awhile just the bit before tho it did get slightly better with the last update. This is not a fanboy rant but ive found the psn has got faster since it begun where live has got a little bit slower ??? let me stess I do al my online gaming on the 360 .
