I think it would be better to simply put an article up saying that the game is not reviewable and should not be baught by anyone until patches are applied.
That way the publishers and consumers would get the message, the game itself would not be harmed and future consumers would have an informed decision to make when a proper review is up (just like IGN did).

Unless you have some questionable content on your ps3 or try to cause harm to other people on the network, you do not have to worry.
