I would say it's a JRPG.
but the gameplay part doesn't look that good. Low res textures everywhere in the environment, and the gameplay cars have very low polygon count compare to the ones in the menu.
Then all those buyers just have wasted $150 on a product that is only 10% usable.
That's Unreal Engine 4, not 3.
