I think it should have both english dub voices and also the original japanese voices also it would make everyone happy. I think thats fair to have both instead of just 1 with english subs. But the game should be amazing regardless.

A lot has happen between infamous and infamous 2 but yet everyone is jumping to conclusions on why he looks the way he looks. Maybe he went through some changes like we do in our daily life lol.
