Don't sleep on Earthcore. This is a fantastic game as well. Ditto with SolForge. Both of these are worthy rivals to Hearthstone. Different, smaller in scope, but still great card games.
After a certain point in gaming -- 1996? 1997? -- feels like nearly every year has someone touting it as "the best year in gaming."
As a survivor of the FMV era, I'm not sure that its coming back is a good thing.
My second-favorite Star Wars game behind Knights of the Old Republic II.
