It's different for each person, but for me buying a gaming PC is far cheaper than a game console. I don't watch much TV, so I still have a standard def 40' TV I bought around 10 years ago.

One time cost ($1000) for a gaming PC 4 years ago that can still play most new games on highest quality, plus a ton of $5 to $20 games (GTA IV was $5) I got off of steam. Total is a...

Funny how people keep saying the PC is dead, when in fact consoles wouldn't even exist if not for PC's in which their hardware is based on.

I hate MMO's, grind-fests with no (interactive) story, and no impact on the world. Unless you play with friends, they are extremely boring IMO.

EDIT: Also, it would suck losing the ability to pause the fight at any time and strategize/queue up actions.

Good times, I remember trying to get as many groin shots as possible, because it tells you at the end of each mission.

Also, the dogs were awesome because you could throw a grenade, and the dog would go fetch it and bring it back to his master =)

I wouldn't call COD4 sh!t (I had hours of fun at LAN parties with this game), but MW2? Yup, it's sh!t.

I've never been a fan of MMO's but Dragonage did the controls very well IMO. I'd like to see a more story driven MMO, instead of this mindless kill X to collect X crap.

Hopefully bioware can pull the Old Republic off!

I don't own either console. Calling people PS3 fanboys for not liking a 360 exclusive makes you look like the fanboy. I played Fable 1 on my PC, and beat Fable 2 at my friends house on his 360. I was Very disapointed with fable 2, and therefore won't be playing fable 3 unless it has some amazing reviews. Fable 2 had good reviews and it sucked IMO (especially because of spell charging and the lack of any armor, not to mention the most anti-climatic ending ever)
