In terms of quality it will definitely match or even will be better than Skyrim. But in terms of sales it will be at least close to if not match.

By looking at the screenshots, it seems like players have to charge cellphone to keep using it.
There is nothing to debate about this similarity. Of-course walking across rope or climbing ledge movement will be similar. These are natural. If we always go for so called 'copy-paste' debate then every FPS game shares same code and assets.
So its just like AC invented it first in a nice way and the other games may have this feature by updating it a bit here and there.
There is difference but not huge actually. I see just the water is better in next gen.
