Just thought I should say that these are not fake at all, I don't have the skills to edit such things as them awesome looking windows in the PS3Shot. I also haven't edited the images what so ever.

At first yes but there is such a thing as stronger casing for bullets etc that do exist in real life. Just treat the perk as using more powerfull bullets.
