Sad to say I was looking forward to Mafia III. Issues with the car not starting, cover system is not always accurate, random crashes and screen glitches. I enjoyed the story but feel kind of disappointed I paid $60 to experience it with all these bugs. I also don't understand why they are going to release outfits after most people would have beaten the game's story.
I hope its not a prequel. It would kind of feel off because we know what happens to Marston.
I love reading your articles, always top notch quality writing.
Definitely! Horde Mode is a lot of fun, especially with friends.
Excellent review!
Interesting theory. Here in the US Target is putting a lot of Wii U titles into clearance and I spoke to a contact I have at Walmart Corp and was told that they will be doing a large clearance at most of their US stores with games overstocked in the back. I was told many many Wii U titles will be included. I am thinking space is being cleared for NX.
If the demand is low for Atari 2600 right now then it's time for me to start collecting it as long as the prices are right.
Seaquest was awesome! I remember playing it as a kid
I am looking forward to:
Ratchet&Clank
Uncharted 4
Persona 5
Disgaea 5
Sword Art Online: Lost Song
posted the links a few comments above.
I posted some links there. People are reporting being hacked.
my friend who had $600 charged was not game sharing and his account is still logged online by the person who hacked/possibly cracked it. This has happened to more than one person in the last 24 hours. So is it a new exploit? an isolated incident to so many accounts? or did people leave their passwords the same since the last breach, one may never know.
I wonder how many accounts were affected. My friend's account is still logged in by the hacker playing street fighter vs tekken, a game he didn't even order.
I was so disappointed that Project Cars had so many issues for such a title that was bound to be a successful simulation. The day all this gets fixed, is the day I'll buy it. I am not a fan of playing PC games but I may check it out on the ps4
I love Nintendo's past and favorite systems of all time being NES and SuperNes but Nintendo just isn't pushing to better their consoles. This shows with the third-party support. Nintendo needed to evolve when the Wii came out, but instead they played it safe with their titles. All of their gamers grew up but Mario/Luigi/Princess Peach haven't changed.
At this point it's sad to say, but no one would truly care if Nintendo stopped making consoles. Furthermore, Nintendo no longer has the strong arm to force other companies to kill consoles. Nintendo failed to evolve, while Sony and Microsoft took this opportunity to bring better systems into our living rooms. I'm really surprised Polygon allowed this opinion piece because in all honesty, if home consoles failed/died then Polygon would be out of business. Everyone would be reading PC G...
It's always a good move to make games multi-platform due to the revenue side of the business but one thing still stands out as strange to me about this whole thing. If you look for jobs at Daybreak Studios it still takes you through Sony for job listings. So I am not sure if the separation was to go multi-platform without attaching the Sony brand name, if it's still somehow managed by Sony HR? If anyone knows please chime in.
This is an awesome review! I am not big into runners but because of this I will give it a shot.
Excellent article. I really enjoy side scroller beat em ups. I have my eye on this game.
