I hope it would be a great movie then.
I played the first Halo title on Macintosh in my office, but since I'm not into FPS, I don't know about it's story that much.
Hopefully with Spielberg's help, the movie could help me with Halo's story & it's universe.
I have confidence it would be better than Doom movie, lol.

This game graphics are great.

I think it's maybe just a "coincidence" about the western style.
This game being developed by Suda Goichi & Shinji Mikami.
Both famed developers are known most for their western style, unique game-play, story, characters, etc.
Suda Goichi of Grasshopper Manufacture develops Killer 7, No More Heroes, etc.
There's 1 Suda Goichi's future game in Japanese style...

Good.
Although, the first "Blade" movie was better.
But "Pan's Labyrinth" is his best work, in my opinion.

Some cases like Sly Cooper trilogy are extinct / very rare in where I live.
