You need to use an external device to even access the "hot coffee" portion of the game. Most people who still own the original press of GTA:SA are clueless about it.
Two Worlds 2 has A finishing strike if you pump up your Retribution skill. They aren't that annoying when they're actually useful. We'll just have to wait and see.
I actually always carry at least 3 Cure Disease potions until I can craft A spell to cure diseases. Try that out, its alot more fun when you're prepared for it. As soon as I see the "you've contracted Porphyric Hemophilia", I pop A cure potion.
