Yeah, I agree. I played the game for review, and while there are faults, the game is still very unique and a lot of fun. Plus....the game goes for the price of a Playstation game on PSN ($9.99), and this game gets upgraded visuals. It's a really good deal.
A well written review. I also reviewed the game for Operation Rainfall. I was actually surprised when I went online afterward and saw a large amount of negative reviews for the HD re-release.
It's a Nintendo thing.
It's basically an open world, and you hunt monsters, a lot like MMOs but with a different focus.
I agree
Can't wait to see what this is.
Woo! This is awesome. Just shortly after launch too.
SaGa is a series that has been continually misunderstood in America. I hope one day that it has a chance again for success. I loved SaGa Frontier.
XSEED Games is a great little company. They keep supporting so-called "niche" games in a time when big publishers turn their heads.
I'm sooo tempted to get a Vita for this and Persona 4.
I disagree with this review. The game does have its share of faults, but overall, it's a very fun experience, as there aren't many games out there like it.
The game might get the best of you, because it is tough as nails....but there's always a method to beat even the hardest moments. It just takes patience. You know, like how games used to be a long time ago.
