to anyone who is interested bd has a slightly slower spin rate than dvd overall but compensates for the speed difference by reading larger amounts of data at a time and also bd reads the disc at the same speed across the entire disc not to mention bd is a much larger format.

you can't be serious, surely. don't take the graphics for granted, consider what is on the screen. note the amount of stuff going on, the amount of objects in the world, the diversity and the vibrant colours. and also notice the lack of constantly repeated textures. now load in Gears and you'll see why PS3 owners are very happy. there is nothing like it out there... period.
oh dear, back to numbers because Uncharted2 has better graphics and gameplay. it's getting really sad and i do honestly feel for all the young 360 posters here at N4G.

you know, in actual fact although this article is right, there is a positive side to this for Sony. just ask yourself: when purchasing a game, where are you going to look for quality? Sony stand to make lots of money from their 1st party games if 3rd party games don't come up to scratch
