articles like this are just plain stupid they have been testing this 3d tech foe over ten years so i`m sure it works.
and as for lawsuits there will always be some greedy types that try to get free money by claiming falsely. besides nobody complains about cinema 3d do they? and that has the same tech as tv they just use polarised glasses as they are cheaper although not as effective.

well what other design would you have? think about it. controller design is subject to the positioning of your thumb and the configuration of your fingers. just like wheels have to be round, controllers will end up similar. it's simple ergonomics

actually Sony said that it had 50 million accounts on PSN. yes there might be multiple accounts, but all those accounts can play for free and all those accounts can download content
using devs to help with developing a new console is nothing new at sony.
they did it with the ps2 when they purchased "psygnosis" who they consulted on cpu,gpu,middlewate etc..
whatever they do with ps4 it will push the envelope technically and and will have the tools required to get the most out of it.
your missing the point it sucks and anyone who buys one is an idiot and if you want the complete package as you say then get a PS3 with the Move it does everything the 360 does including the Kinect also alot better dont believe me then check out the PS3 EXCLUSIVES nothing on the 360 even comes close.

NOTHING HARDCORE will ever come out on the Kinect it just cannot do it you need accuracy to have hardcore gameing.
looks no better than Doom 3 on the PC, tbh looks like the same game engine maybe they tweaked it abit.
Dreameye did not do anything did not play games, had no ability to look at you via remote, the internet was crap and for your information there was webcams before the Dreamcast.
ps there was genlock on the amiga which had more in common with eyetoy than the Dreameye had which was before the Dreamcast.
tv sales have not declined where are you getting your information out of thin air ? and as for 3D games and Tv and Movies and Sport ect everyone i know wants it and those who said they did not want it and have had a demo of the new 3D tv's have now changed there minds so i suggest you check it out before you say you dont want it also try getting some friends because if you dont have any who want it then you cannot have many friends.
