I have not played the PSP version of LittleBigPlanet, but I agree that the console version had a lot more customization options than ModNation. Still, I am excited to see what people do with the creative freedom of ModNation on the PSP.
I'd be surprised if the load times and framerate weren't optimized for the final release. These kinds of issues are to be expected in an unfinished game.

1 - you're not signed in with a European account
2 - you were too late and 100,000 other people got there first
I have to disagree with you there, Forza is far from a flop and actually quite fun. I wish it was available for PS3, I think PS3 owners would enjoy it and it would help fill the time waiting for Gran Turismo 5 to release. It is also a shame that 360 owners can't enjoy some of the PS3's creative gaming experiences such as ModNation Racers and LittleBigPlanet.
Yeah, I had some trouble connecting to online races at first too. The North American beta was the same way, give the servers time to catch up. The beta blew away all my expectations, I can only imagine how sweet the full game will be.
I totally agree, it would be a shame to see all these awesome creations get deleted, but I can also see how it could be unfair to some people. I think if they keep the creations but reset the leaderboards everything would be fine. People would just have to reupload their stuff and hope it can still compete with the newer designers who will have access to all of the items in the creation station.
I love how you can't even say the word Forza on this site without making a PS3 fanboy cry. Is it not possible for both games to exist and be enjoyed?

I didn't buy the last car pack, it was a bit of a let down. The list of cars for the latest pack looks much better, but I do wish they would include more classic muscle cars.
I'm so glad Sony has embraced the creative gaming community with their "Play, Create, Share" philosophy. LittleBigPlanet and ModNation Racers are two of the greatest things to happen to gaming in a long time.
The ability to design your own content adds so much enjoyment and replay value to games. I just wish more developers would realize this and get with the program. Thank God for developers like United Front and Media Molecule, who took the risk and lead the way.
Yeah, the beta was sweet. I want to know the official release date!
