In what way have Sony lied to us about PS2 compatibillity? Sony never announced that the PS3 would play PS2 games. They are still making money from the PS2 so if they put B/C on the PS3 they wouldn't sell anymore PS2's.

Depends on your connection speed, the longest I had to wait is around 1 hour, hardly something to complain about.
