No this game is awesome. If your creative this game will last you for years, unlike GoW3 which I platinumed in 4 days and now its over. It is pure quality and I don't think there is enough stuff like this out there.
Remember you have to have something for everyone, not just games where you pretend to be a American soldier and shoot guys all day. Also this game isn't just for kids it suits every age my oldest friend who plays it is 65, but the average is 17-25.
The best thing to do is stay of forums and the like if you dont want to ruin a game.
Yes he did, and that is another big hole in the story. In GoW2 at the start of the game, when he died, Gia spoke to him in that underground pit. Then later on in the game he goes back in time and said "come with me Gaia, come to my time" and then the ending starts to pan out. There was already a Gaia in his time. So there must of been two Gaias somewhere lol
Actually if you listen to the video Gia says,"Cronos wandered the desert for another 1000 years" But he didn't. In GoW3 Cronos said to Kratos that when he took the box from the temple, Zeus banished him to Tartarus. And he didn't live 1000 more years, he lived a few more years. Becuase Kratos kills him in GoW3.

I have to say, I was not impressed with the demo either. And I know the car looked good, but I play in bumper view so I never saw the car, and the track looked very plain. However I was very impressed with the physics a great improvment over prologue.
But I also remember people putting down God of War3 gpx when the demo was released, and look what happened there 0_0
I just cracked up when I saw this. I think GoW3 was great BTW. I don't see the need for people to join teams and compare everything to everthing like its a sports team, they are just games, we buy them and then play them, thats as far as it should go.
I can beat GoW1 in 3hours I did it trying to get that speed trophy, and if he rushed and got 8hours... Well I'm happy with that. Plus I like playing GoW on the hard modes makes upgrading your weapons worth it
PS3 is about 4 years old now, Can PC people please stop trolling these threads, you guys don't have to stick up for your PC we know its got the power over PS3, but the intrest is not in PC games here in this thread.
My fav was 9 I really enjoyed it, I would prefer they drop their gpx and make em more like the old ps1 games, I would not mind. I really enjoyed when the world opened up and you could go everywhere. But one thing I didn't like about the old games, was the heavy dialog.
All the costumes and level packs in LBP are mandatory updates that you download when entering the game. Then to access the stuff you have to go buy a key to unlock it. They have to do this.
Same with Bioshock. You either already have it on the disc, or, do a mandatory update with the items in the update. You have to because your game won't understand one of the new Bioshock DLCs if its not in your registry, e.g (someone has the new sailor skin in a deathmatch, and you don't have ...
I'm starting to think that reviewers should not score games, instead should just write about them pros/cons, because to score something is far too subjective. But to say what is wrong with the game has more meaning. And it is easier to call out unfairly written reviews, but its hard to argue with meaningless figures.
He's probably right about the 50% thing, but its very hard to get 100% out of multicore processors because there power is segmented and not everything uses 100% all at once, plus you guys are all going on about "why is it not in 1080p then?" graphics like most electrical based things need to double their power just to get a slightly higher result.
e.g easy to grasp example is, say a 1watt speaker can do 80dB (loudness), if you double it to 2watts it will now produce 83d...

I prefer Bioshocks gpx, they are more interesting to look at and make the mind think a little more, too much priority is put on technical work. But yes this game is the king of GPX even after all these years.
Now sony will want to ride their investment, I think they will stick to the plan, but if you want to know when they will annouce their next console/ps4, just look at when through the ps2 life span they announced the ps3. So then announcments will be next year, and you will most likely see ps4 2012-2013
