Man I hate the trigger on both the 360 and the PS3, I prefer just to hold A or X to accel. I hate shooting with triggers too lol, thats why I use a ps2 controller on the PS3 now.
They also reduced the amount of XP you get in the Gang Hideouts. Good thing I already got to level 50, its gonna take people 3-4 times longer now to rank up xD

I have FF9 on disk and the PSN release, I bought it a few weeks ago. I did a comparison with the original. And I am happy to say that the PSN version looks a lot better.

More stable
Better colours

I actually found IX was the best one to start at, VII didn't have analog support and seemed lower in the prodution value than IX. This is from a guy who got into them late.
VII might seem better to most, but if it was the first you ever played, you may feel a nostalgic attachment to it, making it better in the beholders eyes.
Try IX first mainly because of the analog support D pad feels horrible to move around with.
I have it on PS3, but I would get it again for my PC, because it is a beautiful game and I'm curious to see what it will look like on PC. BTW I'm shocked at how much this looks better than GTA4, well on PS3 anyway GTA4 was a blurry mess.
I really hope it comes to PC, not because of fanboys blabla bla I just want people to forget that and enjoy it.

The name Xbox 360 is a kiddie name too many Xs, and the loud green they use is also very immature, I think they should change it, because I can't take it seriously. I'm 27 too.

My PSN is super fast, my ISP doesn't restrict that bandwidth. Don't tell me your guys ISPs do? If so then that sucks and you need to pay less!

The funniest thing I saw was a town dog which strayed from a town and attacked and killed a beaver, THEN! took on a BEAR! The Bear killed the dog, and then I chased the bear with a knife and it was running away xD
