Instead of spending money on timed exclusives spend it on making exclusives strictly for the xbone.
TR has been irrelevant for a long time. M$ had to fork down a lot of money to make up what the game won't sale. EA learned the hard way with Titafail.

TR won't make a bit of difference in this console war. If a cheaper Xbone didn't make a difference 1 game sure won't. M$ needs to understand, its the company itself that people don't trust. Which is why the xbone is struggling.

The game is coming to the PS4 in a year or so. I don't know why people are tripping. I much more pleased with having UC4. Haven't touched a TR game in a long time. I could care less if the PS4 gets it. Not mad at M$ they got to do what they got to do to stay in the game, because the PS4 is killing them.
This game won't make a bit of difference in this gen console war. Plus it they said exclusive to xbone in 2015. If PS fans want the game just wait until 2016.

M$ is not the Rocky of the story. Rocky didn't use back handed tactics to win. M$ used their money to try and win. Much like how Draco had the nice facility to train in. Rocky went to Russia and won. Now the PS4 is winning in NA. There's the similarities.
