I call BS. the person leaves it on the avatar tab instead of the game tab on the dashboard, So we have no way of telling whether the 360 recognized it when the disk was inserted. It would have been just as easy to have another (non modded) 360 hooked up and having that one play Crackdown 2.
I don't know where they took sound measurements at but the loudest part of the 360 S isn't the console itself, its the power brick. I was surprised because I didn't expect the power supply itself to have a fan but I guess it makes sense.
That being said my roommate has a PS3 slim and I don't think I've ever heard its fan.

Yeah they say that the new port that's designed for kinect has a/v next to it. The a/v port goes with the proprietary audio/video cables that they complained about in the 1st reason. You can tell because they have hdmi to the right of the hdmi port but I guess gamesradar can't put 2+2 together when they're busy looking for reasons to hate a system.

This was kind of foreshadowed if you watch the birth of the beast trailer in GOW1. It said something about twins seperated at birth with kratos being one and the other being unknown. It may be hercules, but Idk, just a theory.
The only thing that I could see coming from this guy (since they said he was the first guy to hack the iphone) would be custom PS3 firmwares, especially since its popular on the psp. That being said, I don't think we'll be downloading 50gb game downloads any time soon...
I'm not too tech savvy so I don't quite understand how a software up date (or firmware if you prefer) can affect the hardware of system, such as a the blu-ray drive.
I've had 2 laser's go out on me. From what I've heard the early 40gb's are notorious for fault lasers which is what I happen to have. Fortunately if you do your research on the forums and stuff its easy to replace it yourself (which I did the 2nd time to save the money).

I think nintendo will be the first company to bring out a new system since the wii is the only system that doesn't support HD. Followed by Microsoft whose storage solution is hurting its potential this gen. Sony seems to have the only system prepped to be for the long run.
Idk, I personally liked what I saw. Especially the last part with the elite.
