Ok from reading all of the books, The Forerunner have had ai lasts thousands of years. Guilty spark used to be a human whom was changed into an ai as the halo's were used to "defeat" the flood. Cortona was integrated into Forerunner tech, and she would of been stabilized by this tech.
Basing this statement purely off of the input and out puts on both consoles, and the use of the word tv in title, the only console that can be used is the xbox one because it has an hdmi input port. Now as an entertainment hub who knows.
First that would free up an hdi port on the tv, secondly you can also plug in your 360 bluray player, ps3 into the system, and again solving the issue.
X box one already has this covered with it hdmi in port.
