Pc ports and games should have options to unlock fps to what ever your monitors refresh rate is. If you pay for the hardware you should be able to use it. Is that so unfair? The way things are going for pc console ports so far I would say yes these things can be important. Say your console game is locked at 60 but my computer supports 120?

Not always high end* some people have 120 hrtz monitors with faster refresh times. Also these people usually disable vsync completely because there monitors are so fast you dont need vysnc to lock your fps. So at the end of the day its pretty much another console port.. is what I take from this. This whill be kojimas first real pc port. Thats not counting Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance handled by different people. So whys it odd some have doubts about how well this port will turn out?

The game is horrible runs like crap on my computer. Glad I torrented this piece of shit before buying. I started resident evil 4 again and wow its defiantly more fun less buggy and broken when compared to the evil within. Why is this game so badly optamised when using id tech 5?
