That's relative. I personally think halo is the most balanced and polished shooter on the market. So in terms of quality, I think it's better. You can't just have a shouting match and mention GT and expect your opinion to be correct over mine.
Sometimes you GT fans don't even make any sense. GT isn't the kind of game someone just picks up with a ps3 who isn't familiar with the series. It's a core-ass core game. The pre-orders are somewhat linked to it's financial success.

The kinect is taking a big risk but everyone is shitting on it. Gamers are always clamoring for innovation but are never satisfied. Some kinect stuff I've seen is garbage, but I doubt it's potential will be realized at launch. The moves potential is clear from the start, but the kinect's is still to unravel.
