I believe its more up to the developers capabilities rather than raw power of any console.
Games will continue to look better through out this generation.
Although I've never had any trouble with my discs being scratched, I wouldn't completely dismiss it from happening to others.
The ironic part of your statement is that none of those games are exclusive to the 360 as they're also available on PC.

ME3 makes ME3 awesome, not Kinect.
For people who only own a 360 it's fine, but for those who own PS3/360 such as myself it's getting harder to justify why I own both when I could just own a PS3 for the exclusives and multi-plats.
Gears of War 3 is likely the only 360 game I'll be buying this year.

I finally got started on Infamous 2 last night. After finally finishing LA Noire, this game is a godsend! I was extremely starved on action and Infamous 2 delivers.
