when a game it looks great on a console its the developers doing,they learn new trick every day to upgrade their graphical engine,PS3 reached his limits too,360 was a long time ago,i don;t see on PS3 games too look better than Uncharted 2 or GOW3,as for Killzone 3,from what i saw till now from the videos looks the same as K2 only now it has stereoscopic 3D,

i don't think they knew that,only after those issues,from the beginning its M$ fault because that means they changed the transfer data cable, they put a faster one in the newer models,so as a developer you just have one model and you presume all are the same,so its not developers fault for this issues
i will go with Killzone 3 because Rage was played from a debug 360 console that developers have ,on that console you played it form the HDD without any disc inside,putting the game on multiple discs means the files needs to be compressed,compression means loss in quality

with the ones that have the game already,everyone that has a hacked console with Jtag never use it to connect on XBL,normally they have 2 consoles,on a Jtag console you can install the game on HDD and play it without needing the dvd,you can play NTSC/J,Pal games,it doesn't matter the region,you can play all the DLC's for free,if i'm not mistaken you can even install Linux on it,so if you connect on XBL will be instant ban,even if you don't have the game,so most of them have 2 ...

don't expect the 360 to be better,there are alot of frame rate issues,you can see it drops below 30 a lot,specially in cutscenes,its so annoying,how do i know that?i have the game
