Ad Hoc party is not online co-op, it would have been a work around for the vita version not having online co-op, just as the Wii U has a workaround for the 3DS not having Co-op. But hey, at least the 3DS exclusive MH4 will have online co-op built in.

You don't 'move on to art', art just happens. I don't think many games have achieved true artistic merit yet to be quite honest with you, and I'm all for games 'becoming art'. I also think Journey is incredibly overblown, and trying so hard to be art, that it can never truly be considered art. If videogames are art, Journey is PoMo, that is to say, very 'tryhard'.

Maybe you should try reading the plethora of comics and novels, because they delve into Flemeth's plans, as well as key plot characters stories far better. Not prequel stuff, either, as the later comics seem to deal with the things Alistair has been up to between 1 and 3.
The Wii U version has online Co-op for couch play with friends that can't connect their Wii-U's to yours, because, you know, that's impossible. The 3DS doesn't and never did need online, it's meant to be played with friends, real life friends.
I love how people are projecting their lack of friends to play with as Capcom's fault right now. You'll just have to man up, go out and socialise, it seems.
Can we please bring typewriters back? Seeing as RE abandoned them. There's no greater feeling than needing to save and only having one ink ribbon left, worrying as to whether you should us it or not. It encourages a decent amount of risk taking in order to find more.
