If they win against Valve, then we might be able to sell our old MS Windows or Mac IOS... Or better yet we would be able to sell our WoW accounts without fear of being banned...
Yeah, that ain't going to happen!
Most of the games that I bought on STEAM were on sale for 50 or 75% off. It's like buying them used in the first place. So I don't care if I can't resell them.
On the flip side, I do have a lot of games that I bought in packages that I will never play nor install and would rather *delete* them from my account since they are only cluttering up my Games Library.
When I was a kid, playing Cowboys and Indians or Cops and Robbers was super big. Of my generation and numerous prior, how many of us turned into mass killers? It's not the violent content we are exposed to, it's something else...
My opinion is, it's the over prognosis of mental illnesses and then prescribing psychotropics that might not help. In fact most people experience extreme setbacks, even worse than before they were prescribed, when they stop taking their m...
Oh! Let me guess! You're trying to say that more people die each year by cars than from guns?!? Uh... yeah... okay... but how many deaths are classified as vehicular homicide? Ooh! And here's another good rebuttal, cars are manufactured for transportation and guns are manufactured for... well, I think you know.
The reason why people hang them over their fireplace as an inverse trophy is because they are impractical for anything other than shooting something 1 mile away and decimating the target. As for hunting, unless you use super expensive full-metal jackets, you could easily decapitate a deer at the shoulder joint. Over powered beyond belief and makes it a military style weapon, through and through. And military style weapons should be for military purposes only!
Interesting... especially since the last 3 KuF games were released exclusively for Xbox and 360.
First and foremost, I said, "almost all". And you also must remember that 90% of RPGS made never make it outside of Japan. So that makes the numbers seem lower to you.
Now, you gave a couple examples of those hat didn't fit the cookie cutter mold, here's why:
-- Ys was first a game, then a series of OVAs covering the first two games, then 2 graphic novels were written.
-- Megami Tensei was loosely based on a novel (not a Man...
Originality?!? I take it you don't understand they author's complaint about [cookie cutter] Manga style story telling?
A very, VERY large majority of JRPGs start with a character who is a nobody, but soon finds that he has awesome untapped powers to save the world... and he quite often fights the bad guy at the beginning and get his arse whooped, then goes on to learn life's hard lessons which in turn gives him the confidence to beat the bad guy.

@Irishguy95,
In reverse order:
4: Release date and pricing can make or break a console, but Sony, with its fan base, still did well. Can they do it again? No... Mass Kool-Aid suicide would reap more benefits for Sony.
3: PSN is awesome, hacked or not.
2: Cell processor has to this date, been a thorn in some devs' brains. They still cannot wrap their head around it. Nonetheless... PS4 is doing away with the Cell. So, what ...
A decent side-scrolling 8-bit Halo game? Just reskin Contra!!!
"What's up with the character movements?"
Dunno. But hopefully they used an Alpha build...
Better yet, go clean Cliffy's ear with it! Stick it in there real deep!
Let me explain really quick the biggest misconception that people are having about RAM here.
There is minimal to no difference between DDR3 and DDR5 in terms of clock speeds. You can count MHz and make the numbers look really big, but that's "millihertz"... meaning it's a very SMALL number.
I'm not finding much validity in this article... But I'll just point out 2 obvious things.
---"Both machines will supposedly have have the ability to read 100Gb Blu-ray discs."
Possibly... But MS will more than likely opt out of using BluRay
---"Durango is apparently based on the Radeon HD 8770 GPU."
Probably Not! It's been reported that Xbox 720 will be using a custom version 6670. AND when AM...
I have a collection of DVDs about 40 or so. I have watched about 5 or so more than once... And the last time I watched one of them was about 2 or 3 years ago. Because of this, I have looked at my DVD collection numerous times recently wondering why I haven't put them up in storage or dropped them off at Salvation Army or Goodwill.
@xPhearR3dx,
In Japan, you'll see as many if not more 360 commercials than Sony (PS3 and Vita combined) commercials... And these are mostly only shown during cartoons that games are based off of.
Whereas, Nintendo commercials are about triple of both MS and Sony... And you are likely to even see them during the evening news.
What's better than being 1st or 2nd in the Special Olympics?
Not qualifying for the Special Olympics!
I have a ENIAC 1 Computer... barely fits in my 4 car garage.
Still going strong.
But I only fire it up when I want to know the answer to a simple algebra equation while I read a thick novel.
At least it looks less like something you'd find in a single woman's bed stand...
Don't you know the conspiracy theory going around? They purposely put in glitches and make it easy for people to hack.
--The glitches are for people to waste hours trying to find. And they look forward to the next game to see how hard it'll be to find the glitches.
--Making it easy to be hacked... well... another marketing ploy? Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if it was!
