It'll go away... Because it's still ahead of its time. I don't expect anything of the sorts to become successful anytime soon. Especially since most of America's Internet infrastructure and pricing sucks major balls!!!

I live in Japan, been here for almost 20 years, and I'm going to partially agree (because it seems quite feasible) with the author's assessment of the Japanese gaming industry being closer to the toy industry.
