Lol, you droids are so stupid. CONSOLES, not computers and Goldeneye did some stuff but didn't have nearly the same impact that Halo did on the gaming industry. Did Goldeneye have the same quality multiplayer that Halo did? Plus you do realize that there are a ton of PS3 games called "Halo killer", you think Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 would be the same without Halo?
Weird, but it's no big deal. They do security updates pretty fast.
Killzone 2 is nothing special, inFamous is okay. UC2 is good. We've still got ME, L4D, Halo, Fable 2, Forza, Crackdown, and Gears of War.

That's not the smartest business move. You've always got to compare to make your product better, well who knows maybe GT5 will be exactly like GT4 just with better graphics.

Halo redefined the FPS genre on consoles and introduced a whole new view on multiplayer. So yes, it did innovate.

The PS3 started off really really really really bad. Maybe the can pick up some ground, but the other two consoles had a 3 year head start.
