There is honestly 2 things that I'm going to have to get used to. 1) Touch pad 2) Developers are talking how the L2 and R2 are perfect for FPS games. I'm sure they will do just fine but it'll take time to get used to.
There hasn't really been any RTS games for consoles besides RUSE and command and conquer RED Alert 3. They don't really do them because if you watch PC players play them they can be extremely quick with the mouse where as consoles do take a really long time unless there is hot buttons galore.
In watch dogs you use the touch pad to control Aidens cell phone. In Warframe you use it for the weapon menus and when you pinch in it zooms it in and you can rotate the guns and everything. I do like it because it gives 5 extra buttons. In Killzone: Shadowfall it controls what mode the owl is in and without it they wouldn't have the owl.
One time For Bioshock Infinite there was the collectors edition and they had the exact amount but they pre ordered it for the Xbox 360 instead of my PS3. Then the time before that I went to a midnight release for AC3 and I had a PS3 copy pre ordered but they gave the 360 version. I got home and was like oh crap wrong one and when I got back the mall security was driving away so I had to wait till the next day till I could even play it.

Pre orders of a game doesn't make it "Above Next-Gen" like Activision is trying to sell it to be.
I totally forgot that they did the SP reveal before E3. Oh well it'll be the same this time around as well. Ubisoft has a game to show, Black Tusk still has there exclusive for Microsoft and Sony still has 15 exclusives to show for the PS4 and The Order: 1886 gameplay.
I'll have forgotten all about the MP for Ghosts after Gamescom.
Not every PC owner has a high end PC. To make that level of detail the costs will rise for development while limiting how many PC players can actually buy the game. I'm not saying PCs don't play games great because high end PCs do and it's a given that it'll look great on them. But if they go around saying you need a high end PC to play it PC gamers would freak if they couldn't afford it.
It's simply them not wanting to sink there company.
For all those people who replied to this comment. 3rd party developers have been optimizing for X86 architecture for the past 7 years while the first party developers have been working on only the CELL architecture.
A good example would be a butterfly goalie learning standup and doing that for 7 years and then all of a sudden expect to turn back into a butterfly goalie and be as good as the goalies that have been doing butterfly for the past 7 years. It takes time to get used...

It's early 2014 release for Planetside 2 for PS4. They said they are trying to get it out earlier but early 2014 seems like a safe bet. If you youtube it you can watch gameplay of it.
Yeah Planetside 2 will be my fix as well. The devs were saying early 2014 for that or possibly earlier if they get it finished. I gotta say though The Witcher 3, MGS5, Watch Dogs, The Division, Destiny, AC4 Black Flag, The Order: 1886, Outlast, Primal Carnage: Genesis and still more to be announced. It looks weird because there is a friends tab. It looks better with the square button or something and your list pops up. They have to show me it isn't like BLOPS 2 for me to buy it though.
Can you imagine when Titans will be considered low end in a couple of years? I mean once they get stacked RAM that will eliminate any bandwidth issues. I could see DDR3 going a long way if they figure out how to cool the stacked RAM properly. I believe it's called Volta but don't quote me on that one. =P

Yes but at the same time you don't buy the next system in anticipation of another system coming out soon. You buy it for the games so the 8 years really doesn't feel like 8 years. It started at around 5 years oldish when all games are the same quality for the next 3 years and can't advance because of the consoles limitations.
Does it come with the dog/ball? If so count me in =D I already have a Yorkie and a Toy poodle.....

The 3G model might not be in production anymore because it hasn't been selling very many units. They could have a backlog of 3G models so at this point to make more 3G models would literally be digging themselves into debt. If it does sell when the PS4 comes out they may start making them again if they aren't at the moment.
Lucky. I'm from Canada and I love the CFL. The CFL has better rules but the NFL has better players. Probably will never see my favorite sport in a video game. Lol
