I was really expecting EA to pick up the license but 2K is a solid company to work on this.
I hope Darksiders is sold soon though. That franchise could be so much better with more funding I'd like to see Namco Bandai or Square Enix pick it up. Maybe even Nintendo because of its similarities to Zelda...
During his child hood? What are you talking about!? He's a full grown man in DmC! I don't know what game you're talking about, young7yang.
DmC deserves to be played. It is one of the best action games I have played in a long time with fantastic set pieces and gripping boss battles.
To whoever is neutral on DmC, get the game. Ignore the fans because they're being ignorant.
It's a reboot. Have you actually played the game or are you another one of these ignorant fanboys?
I hope 1 month exclusivity dies next generation but that's not going to happen...
I hope Nintendo get back into their groove soon.
Read the article to see how it would look like.
No thank you. I want a Twilight Princess look on the next one. It had great atmosphere and the world seemed much more interesting to me. Windwaker and Skyward Sword's art styles, in my opinion, are bland and just feel safe. I'm not saying they're bad games at all - Skyward Sword is amazing - but Twilight Princess' art style was more spectacular for it's dark undertones and atmosphere.
I am sure Final Fantasy will be back to normal after the XIII series. Have you seen Versus XIII in action anyone? That trailer makes that game look crazy good! I just wish they would focus on that rather than Lightning Returns. Oh, and also, Yoichi Wada, the CEO of Square, has stated that Versus XIII is still in production to all the haters out there.
While we next for the next great Final Fantasy game, I would recommend Persona 4. It has an excellent turn based system and so...
Add Namco Bandai to that equation. We have Ni No Kuni and two Tales of games for the PS3 right now because of them. Plus, they've released Tales of Vesperia on the Xbox.
No, the Single Most Important Thing All Next-Gen Consoles Need is Creativity.
The original Kingdom Hearts is what made me fall in love with games when I was around 10 years old. It had an excellent story, compelling characters and incredible bosses . It made me want to try out Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest after playing it. Ever since then, I have been a Square Enix fan. No game since then has been able to match the precipice of what Kingdom Hearts brought to me as a gamer.
Square Enix already have Sleeping Dogs. They don't need to make another open world crime game like Saint's Row. We have too many of those already this gen. I'd prefer them to put more money into Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Kingdom Hearts 3 rather than that.
I am going to listen to the general consensus of critics, not the fans this time around. While agreeing with the fans of Mass Effect 3 in regards to it's shallow ending, DMC looks like a well polished game with excellent game mechanics. I will be picking this game up and ignore all these haters while playing it. I wish people would actually look at the game rather than the emo design of the main character.
The next week is going to be slow in anticipation for this but hey, I've got Persona 4 Golden to beat...
As long as we're still vocal, Namco-Bandai will know that there's a recurring interest in the game.
May I remind you it's just a demo, not an actual game. Characters look different in demonstrations than the final product due to limitations in spending. This gameplay video is just a concept.
Well Spyro's name isn't even on Skylanders anymore (It's just called Skylanders Giants) so I don't think Activision would mind selling him now.
After EyeToy, Kinect and Wonderbook, I am getting fed up of these fads. This technology looks totally uninteresting to me and will only be used for the next Dance Central for disco lights.
Sony should have bought Darksiders to combat Nintendo's Legend of Zelda franchise.
