That's for Microsoft developed games. Bluehole is a 3rd party developer. There are no mandates on how a 3rd party developer uses the machines power be that for rez... fps or visual fidelity
Digital foundry have a pc v Xbox one x comparison that shows drawdistance etc. Visually x version holds up well against top pc version.
The game isn't being released on ps4. The Microsoft game store changed it from "console launch exclusive "to "console exclusive " after the recent renegotiation with bluehole and Microsoft are assisting in the games optimisation. Maybe pubg 2 .. like Titanfall:p
Really enjoying this game on the x. The rubber banding net code is annoying but really who cares about the low fps in the lobby ?! Another patch due soon
