"The second I heard there was a Wii and PS2 version I knew not to expect too much. Sure, the game still has potential, but it is severely limited by being on those consoles. There are very few games that come out on PS3/360 + Wii/PS2 that turn out to be solid titles."

The Wii and I assume PS2 versions are a different game than the 360/PS3 versions.

Now I just hope that the game doesn't suck.

I didn't realize this comes out in a few short weeks.

Mario Galaxy is the best looking game on the Wii.

I like to leave a little to the imagination sometimes(when I'm at work).

You've been trying to get my hopes up for well over a year now. Last time I let my guard down you stomped on my nuts and laughed in my face and killed my father. For that I will never forgive you.

One kid has AIDS. The other has cancer and is autistic. Killzone 2 cured them both.

I got my manager to buy the game so I think he'd understand my tardiness.

If you play it on advanced or expert it would take well over an hour just to play through one campaign. That sort of dedication is hardly a casual game.

Of any of the releases from the past year I play L4D the most. I've beaten Fallout 3, Fable 2, Mirrors Edge. If I haven't beaten the game then I just got bored with it. L4D still isn't old for me and the DLC will probably make me lose my job.

I've just gotta say that I'm surprised by these two comments I've received. Well informed and composed. Not brash and telling me to die because I might not want a PS3 at the moment.

I've actually got my 360 on wireless. It's no ideal as I've already said I prefer a hard line connection, but it works. Well CoD4 multiplayer games are hard to find, but Left 4 Dead plays well.

In my old apartment I had it connected straight to the router and it played like a dream....

I think I can now download some PS1 titles on my PSP.

I've just got limited space and I like my systems to have proper space for heating so I'm not gonna jam a PS3, PS2, 360, and Wii all together.

Yeah, I know what you're thinking. Get rid of the Wii as it's a waste of space and the 360 is just junk.(Fingers crossed and knocking on wood on never having or getting RRoD)

Why not show all options for the PS3 and 360? Current PS3s on sale don't have backwards compatibility. You can pay 340 for an xbox with a harddrive and xbox live(amazon has 13 months for 40 bucks almost all the time). Personally, I hate WiFi gaming. A solid connection has more stable gameplay.

/waits to be bashed by fanboys, but will ignore them
//will buy a PS3 at some point

We hope and pray that Ghostbusters will be as fun as it looks. Phil Harrison/Atari are only publishing it. Not developing.

But yes, Nintendo needs to pay up and get some better games going.

In the next generation Sega will make it's triumphant return to hardware with "Dreamcast 2: Electric Boogaloo!"

Finally we can get more Shenmue.

HVD(Holographic Versatile Disc) uses a red and green laser. Though that technology has also been around for a few years, companies haven't released it in player form yet.

Correction: After reading more, HVD can also use blue lasers.

No, I'm still on dvds and they've had a good 10+ year run. Blu Ray is just now catching on after being around for 2. The transition from VHS to DVD was a more drastic step than DVD to Blu Ray. Now if someone tells me that the terabyte optical discs that are in development will run on the same Blu Ray players that I can purchase now then yes, I'd make the switch. But maybe those multi layer terabyte discs will require a green laser instead of the blue.
