Tsss maybe he should stand on da tire or sumthin tsss.
When Brotherhood and Revelations came out, everyone should have known that was the start of what Ubisoft was doing.
I'm definitely starting to feel the same way. For me the problem is just the lack of any real tactical FPS type games out there. It just seems like most devs don't wanna take a shot at them. Like there's not much authenticity or realism in the actual shooting mechanics. No such thing as gear load out and how it affects player mobility, the extent of body protection, amount of ammunition carried, etc. Tedious weapon and attachments unlocking. I don't know, I just wish some dev ...
Dice says this, Dice says that, other devs say similar things about their games. How about we just wait when the game is nearing its release?
You understand the article was written in satire right?
He said roofied.
Zeus: YOU'RE FIIIIIIIIIRRRREEED!
Kratos: IF YOU SMELLLULULULULULU WHAT THE GOD IS COOKIN!
They say the Burned Man lives.
I'll give three of the five. VII, VIII, and IX. You can't deny that this was when the series was at its peak and of course, when Squaresoft was still around. VI definitely needs to be on there too.
Anyone else's balloon knot pucker up when they read thee outpost reset option to be included in the patch? I can't wait for this.
" I don't have your stone & F**K YOU anyway!"
Instead of revamping the shooting, how about revamping the stealth a bit more to, I don't know, be more stealthy?
I would put Tenchu on the list. The last one was okay, but it didn't feel anything like 1,2, and Wrath of Heaven.
Definitely wanna see Strider. I remember seeing a preview of it in one of those old PSM magazines that had a preview of, I think, Tenchu 2 on the cover. I always wanted that sword-tonfa he had.
I just hope they don't handle unlocks like they did in GOW3 with the costumes. I loved GOW3, but I was disappointed by the lack of costume unlocks after beating the game and the rest were all DLC.
My things to improve are the story( I would rather have Kojima write the story for it than his younger team doing it), maybe a bit deeper combat system( it could use more move sets for the unique weapons, especially Monsoon's sai, but the game's simplicity kinda has it's own charm), and finally, like the article states, the camera( it was always a big problem when you lock-on while you were in those tight, narrow, enclosed areas).
Uh oh, get MikeCosgrove in here, we're gonna kill too many Red Coats again.
Love how everyone criticizes Fox for this and that. How about you mention what garbage news media you listen to and I guarantee you that they are guilty of doing the same things Fox does. If you let the news affect you that much regardless if you lean left or right, you're just a dumb motherfucker. It's absolutely disgusting that people are taught to hate each other and demonize one another just because they vote Dem. or Rep.
To elaborate more on the parry/block, you can parry almost all attacks that the bosses throw at you( except the last boss who has grapple attacks that have to be dodged). For example the Monsoon fight, when he starts to throw that rolling ball of helicopters and APCs at you, don't run away, parry it a few times and you can zan-datsu it.
I'm definitely not trying to fault anyone for liking the games. If you enjoyed any of the AC games that's great. I was simply just pointing out that Brotherhood and Revelations were a red flag to how Ubisoft were trying or going to start releasing the games pretty frequently. I agree though, gameplay is getting dull with certain things. They've been able to make great fluid full on combat with sword fights, naval battles, etc. But, when it comes to the stealth portions, it just do...
