Makes sense why Nintendo makes a much bigger fuss about rom sites that host their old games when compared to Sony and MS, come to think of it I don't think I have ever seen MS upset about rom sites and have their old games but correct me if I'm wrong.
As far as Nintendo if there is a profit to be made off their old games they will fight tooth and nail to keep people from getting them free off rom sites. They will never win.
