It's so god damn annoying to browse the store, having to eventually log out and in again, and then begin the browsing anew... Love my ps, but gotta admit, the store on Xbox live is hella better in terms of Performance :O

I Love it, it feels like a jrpg. Most people that say it's not, refer to it not having turn-based combat.
I'll openly admit that i'm an FF fanboy and I Love the s**t out of XV as well. I respect people that genuinely doesn't like the game for what it is, that's just subjective opinion, but i can't take people who hates it for what it isn't seriously.
Besides, wait mode offers a bit of the old feel, so there's that.

Honestly, if DICE just focuses on delivering a banging mp experience with heavy content, then they can scratch their sp campaigns all together. They can't do prolonged sp campaigns to Save their lives, so they should just accept that and give us awesome mp experiences instead :D
The "Small stories" thing in bf1 was neat, but it felt more like a glued on tutorial than a tribute to the Fighters in WW1. Would have liked to get into depth with some of the characters instead...

Dude, let people be happy if they wanna be happy. Even shipped, Square still earns revenue. I know that GameStop Pays for the shipments they get, so it's still impressive for a game which doesn't necessarily appeal to the mainstream audience.
Fallout has a much broader audience to begin with, which makes it a terrible comparison. I could just as easily compare Fifa with FFXV in that manner of logic.
So you won't buy Bethesda games before they are 1 year old anymore either i take it?
On a serious note though, i'm beginning to fear that other studios will pick up the Bethesda rule as a permanent deal. That would kinda blow -_-

I definitely think that hello games should continue working with nms and i do think they have some good ideas. Sean Murray himself though, kick him out and leave his ass behind. He is the face of the hate which they receive and that can't really be fixed, so they would be better off without him.
I Love the game so far, and i don't know why he hates the chars but i like them. The japanese voices are brilliant, high mode need another patch, but Lite mode is fluent as hell and super pretty ^^
You spent 20 hours on a game where you don't like the combat?
The movie is free to watch online, so it really doesn't bother me that it's the prologue to the game. They could have also just put in a rushed 20 minute long intro, but i like this way better. Fleshes out some solid facts about the world pre-game.
P.s. Dude, the movie was sick, you should watch it :)

Couldn't have said it better myself dude. I, for one, sit on the fence with a lot of games and therefore early reviews are appreciated because, like you say, the pre-order bonuses are sometimes kinda sweet :)
And it does come across as anti-consumer behaviour because on one hand it could be the day 1 patch thing you mentioned, but on the other hand, it might as well be the company's own insecurity towards the quality of the product delivered.
Always run the latest update, but it's been a long running problem. I do understand the massive strain 50 million people put on the server, but that shouldn't really be our problem as consumers.
The first time i experience this, was back on the ps3, where ps store suddenly had to look Real fancy and got a new UI design. Before that, it ran way better, but after that one update, it just went to hell. And continued to this day :P
