The knight who is clearly asleep is way cooler. It's such a strikingly different cover to what ever else is on the market. It really gets across the feeling of struggle the game is said to encapsulate.
If you go on gamesradar.com they have a feature with alternate japanese/american game covers. it's pretty interesting to see the changes.
