the point of the ELITE system. to just get ur money .excisting Xbox 360 owners arent even getting the shaft on this sku, they are getting shafted on the 120gb drive. there is only two things upgrade on the elite HDMI thats version 1.2, and 100 more gigs was that really truly needed. wait and there the iptv capabilities built in.
