-Project Natal Can Scan Items Into The Game (So can the PS3 Motion Control)
-Natal Looks Physically Better (And why does that matters?)
Advantages of PS3 Motion Controller over natal:

-Release Dates
-Cost

How does that even work? You probably couldnt even port it over in SD let alone HD, the power of the ps3 is too much for the 360...
