I hope not. I'm a huge fan of Nintendo's and I have been my entire life, but this game being a flop is crucial to them learning their lesson.
I know us hardcore crowd are hard to please, but when you look at the 360 and PS3's releases, who wouldn't be?
Braid and Bionic Commando I have finished and they were probably worth the money. Try the demos.
Wario Land I haven't got into far enough to give a good recommendation. I also got de Blob and it for $75 total (CC had buy 1, get 1 half off), and I probably wouldn't have payed the full $50 for Wario.
Luckily, Gears of War and Bioshock have strong directors and writers behind them. So those should be at least decent.
Also, Blizzard can't mess "Warcraft" up THAT much.

I hadn't played mine in months, until I picked up de Blob, Wario Land, and downloaded World of Goo.
Sadly, those are the only games I'll be playing on it until the end of the year (Except for Symphonia later on), but hey, at least I have a PC and 360.

I honestly can't believe that last year I actually bought a 360 just for Halo 3.
Then I played Team Fortress 2 on PC... haven't looked at Halo 3 or COD4's online since.
Most of the people I know that are playing WAR also have WoW accounts.
Personally, I'm thankful for the competition. Maybe WoW will get public quests now; seeing how WAR borrowed so much from WoW it's only fair that Blizzard returns the "favor".
It sure beats sitting around in Shattrath (Or Dalaran in your case) doing nothing.
There is a conspicuous lack of Team Fortress 2.
Not to be biased or anything, but I can guarantee that Fallout 3 will have the longest playtime. Just look at Elder Scrolls 4 (Which I personally hated, but I knew that it was incredibly deep).
Let's start with the fact that no PC game, other than Collector's Editions, has started at $60. Bioshock wasn't, Call of Duty 4 isn't gonna be, and neither is Fallout 3. So now it's $150.
Second of all, Blizzard never charges the max amount for expansions. Now both of them are $40.
$130 spread over the course of at minimum 2 years isn't that much to ask for.
I don't think Blizzard really cares if people hate the idea, the game will sell millions no matter what.
