Iwata needs to go. As long as he remains as a CEO it will still be all about the same &/or business as usual for Nintendo. Iwata did a lot of damage to the Wii U brand already it's time for him to go.

The Wii U is still selling guys. Not sure though if it's selling better than PS4 & Xbox One. Just got my second Wii U Zelda bundle today & had to get it at Gamestop. The Best Buy in my area as well as in the surrounding suburbs are sold out of Wii U Zelda bundle. There's also very few Mario & Luigi bundles remaining.

Trust me, Mario is not gonna sell. Knack knockout Mario 3D already. What makes you think it's going to sell? Iwata needs to go it he still have faith on Mario. Mario is a tired franchise. The casual gamers market is so fragmented. Offline MP gaming is not gonna work particularly on Mario 3D. Lots of casual gamers turning to their smartphones/tablets for their gaming.
I got a Wii U & also got Mario 3D World. Though the game is good overall I'm just not into it that much. I'm in my 40s & been playing Mario since the 80s. It's becoming repetitive even for a new Mario game that's not a side scroller anymore. Nintendo must go beyond Mario or it's going to be irrelevant. Mario is a tired franchise that's why it's not selling. No amount of good review can change things if Nintendo will continue going Mario.

There is latency & it's a hardware limitation. Nvidia Shield like the PS Vita can only go up to 30 fps due to frame rate limits. The remote play is more of a novelty on PS Vita. It can't match even Nvidia Shield on LAN remote play much more the Wii U which is better than Nvidia Shield on remote play.

Damn! Even if you have Google Fiber gigabit connection the PS Vita still handicapped with its 30 fps frame rate limits. This damn Sony handheld can't play hardcore on remote play. Its hardware encoder was not designed for it. I really thought Sony is going hardcore with remote play. Sadly, even with all the PS4 power it can't match the Wii U on remote play. Damn! Can't play COD: Ghosts & BF4 on PS Vita remote play due to latency. The encoding hardware limitation seems to put a handicap on PS Vita. What's the use of PS Vita remote play when you can't play FPS games. I was planning to get a PS4 because of the remote play but now thinking of getting another Wii U instead.
This is probably the worst comparison I've seen so far. It makes it looks like the current gen is 100 years older than the next gen. I won't be that surprise when the real thing comes there's really not that much of a difference.
COD will die if it will continue to have the same run & gun game. The game is good to play but you'll get tired after shooting & shooting while running around which leave you like running in circles.

What this Xbox One unveiling brought is the end of Xbox One as a serious competitor of PS4 & the Wii U's resurrection from the walking dead. Microsoft is not primarily into gaming anymore with Xbox One.
LOL. Nintendo better make a game on the Wii U with online multiplayer. Local multiplayer & online leaderboard just doesn't cut it. It's lagging way behind on online multiplayer compared to Sony & Microsoft game consoles.
