I scratch a disk one time using the 360. I freaking lied my ass off at Hollywood Video and told them it came like that lol. They gave me a hard time. In the end they fixed it and I now purchase the 25 cent warranty on rentals for 360 games.

most live feeds have options for those with low connections. Right click the player. Also for those at work maybe use a proxy server to get around the firewall. Sony is next.
