i hope microsoft do something ridiculous like that...then nintendo can really cash in on the wiiu...games will look just as good as microsoft system since the resolution will not be higher and microsoft can shoot themselves in the foot and bring the system out for 500 or 600 dollars
yes handhelds are needed because its the true ways to play game on the go as real gamers...and you're right 3ds gives you 3d on the go , nintendo games and nintendo brains powering its future.
nintendo just need to focus on having great games , especially of really special first party games at launch and in the first year of release....cause even if the next xbox and playstation is more powerful then wiiu its not likely to show much ..its not like they are going to be able to use a 3160 resolution...the resolution will still be 1080 and most tvs or shows are just now support that.
