As i mentioned before most multi plat devs depend far to much on the Unreal engine, hence no real significant leap in the graphics department it has seen better days.
Devs/studios who are passionate create their own engines.

Those although not all sony game id buy that retail disc.
Sony should consider releasing the best of PSN/SEN on a retail disc every year or two if the calibre of their download only games persist to be anything like this.
Don't care who the developers/publishers are if i want to play it i'll buy it new or used.

Frostbite 2 is where it's at, although not sure about the licensing industry wide.
As i said before EA are the cancer of the games industry and it's spreading rapidly between publishers and developers.
The industry is approaching a crossroads and if the community as a whole PS3/XBOX/Wii/PC, etc, doesn't speak out about their concerns then we're all fecked.
