Same here Atlus had everything in physical form and had no problems. I put in all my info and just downloaded the map and then it said code no longer valid.WTF!! I want my mini guide and soundtrack.
Got the Collectors Edition for Dark souls it said it would have a mini strategy guide. Opened it up and only had the art book, the card for the digital downloads and the game. Thats the whole reason I got the collectors edition. I guess there is always online guides.
Just got both at midnight and I'm pissed my Dark Souls collectors edition does not have the mini strategy guide. The mini guide in Demons Souls save me so much pain damn calling GameStop first thing tomorrow. At least Rage Anarchy edition code worked.
Good Review still can't make up my mind between this and Dark Souls. :(

1) Go to the PlayStation®Network Store on your console
2) From storefront, click on View All By Title, click on B
3) Click on Battlefield 3. All content will appear here

I had a freezing problem also on my PS3. I just went to the Bluray Data folder erased all data. Also went to the Bluray/DVD settings and set it to confirm bluray to access internet. Once you put in the Bluray disk it will ask you if u want it to access the internet just answer NO. Had no more problems after that.
