Really funny, I played the first one, it was equally terrible, the trailer and opening were really self-aggrandizing as well. It just has 50 cent beating up tons of guys before the big boss who looks like Kim-jong il crossed with colonel sanders also gets beaten and shot to death.

I've never understood that concept, because then you are just making people search twice to see if they should buy the whole product. Surely if it is sold as one, you should review as one.

Yeah, only really a few years ago did I realise the true depths it goes to via a friend. When he first told me about stuff like Smogon Strategies I didn't believe him...And consequently got my ass kicked.
And yet the game is still infinitely playable by children. I think it really hits a sweet spot very little else has managed.
I still haven't got a 3DS, though I'll definitely be getting one for these games.

Virtual Reality will be good when they have more than 1 game to play with it. Tf2 seems like a stupid choice for a first game anyway. You never need to look at something that isn't your gun. Even the tech demo those guys did showed the pointlessness of it all. I doubt any console will pick it up.
If they can make Black Flags as good as AC3 was within a 1 year cycle I'll be surprised
